EU, Novel Food and CBD – a never ending story or finally a happy end?

Seven years after CBD was added to the EU Novel Food Catalogue, there is finally some movement: EFSA’s 2 mg/day safety assessment, the SCCS assessment for cosmetics and the proposed Repr. 1B classification are creating three very different regulatory tracks – with very different consequences for the industry.
