Last weekend in Goslar, we hosted the advisor of the Czech Drug Commissioner at the LEAP Germany e.V. general meeting. Viktor Mravcik explained the draft law on the regulation of psychomodulating substances, which takes a risk-based approach and can be considered as one of the most modern approaches globally.
